Blueprint Studios in Las Vegas is seeking a meticulous Print Operator to join our on-site team. You will manage day-to-day print production, handle cutting and installation of substrates, and ensure top quality while coordinating with fabrication for tight schedules.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a sign shop or print production, familiarity with large format materials, and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work overtime and lift heavy materials is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in a sign shop or print production environment.
• Experience with cutting and installing substrates is preferred.
• Familiarity with Caldera, Zund CNC, and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and lift heavy materials when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handles day-to-day print production projects and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Operates printing machines, performs finishing operations, and installs on site as needed.
• Prepares substrates for material application and ensures quality control from start to finish.
• Maintains storage areas, inventories substrates, and coordinates with Fabrication for deadlines.
• Keeps production area organized and supports on-site installs and shipping readiness.
