Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Media Factory Lead in Valencia, CA to coordinate daily workflow and ensure timely production of orders to meet SLAs. You will direct Finishing Technicians and Digital Print Operators, manage bindery operations, and adjust machines to match specifications while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with high-speed digital printing, bindery equipment, and print management software, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a print production environment
• Familiar with USPS presort practices
• Experience with perfect binders and saddle stitchers
• Proficient with Ricoh/Oce printers and print management software
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads Finishing Technicians & Digital Print Operators.
• Coordinates USPS presort mailings and related outputs.
• Adjusts machine settings to meet specs and deadlines.
• Maintains daily operator maintenance and documentation.
• Ensures output quality and production targets.
