Job summary

Family Church seeks a communications support specialist to assist in design, layout, and proofing of printed materials and general operations for the communications department of the Family Church Network.

Under supervision, you will coordinate print requests across campuses, compose church-wide emails, and manage in-house print jobs while maintaining inventories and documentation. Strong writing, organization, and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum eligibility to be a member of Family Church.
• Affirm FCN beliefs per bylaws and Baptist Faith & Message 2000.
• Maintain a high standard of excellence and moral character.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
• Experience in proof-reading/print layout preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate print requests from campuses and ministry areas.
• Compose and distribute church-wide email communications.
• Manage in-house print jobs (programs, posters, banners).
• Maintain inventories for print-related materials and supplies.
• Communicate professionally with leadership, peers, and campus pastors.
• Demonstrate stewardship of church resources.
