Responsibilities

• Operate design software and printing equipment to complete customer orders and internal projects
• Ensure output meets quality standards for design, layout, finishing
• Record customer feedback and elevate concerns to the Operations Director when needed
• Answer incoming calls, assist walk-in customers, and relay messages or requests to staff
• Keep work areas organized and stocked with necessary supplies
• Employ strong project management skills
• Support packaging and shipping needs of customers
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance, safety, and operational consistency
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
