Job summary

Columbia Internal is seeking a detail-oriented Print Finishing Clerk to support internal print production in Wilsonville, Oregon. You will cut, sort, label, pack and ship materials, while assisting graphic designers with large-format projects and ensuring accuracy of content and documentation.

The role requires at least a year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Finish printing processes including cutting, labeling, packing and documentation.

• Proof content for accuracy and quality control.
• Prepare and process shipping labels for internal and external shipments.
• Coordinate pickups and manage shipping schedule.
• Receive and stock graphic media deliveries and supplies.
• Maintain printshop equipment and workspace.
• Document workflows and track daily shipments.
• Maintain on-site presence for production activities.

Summary

This position will focus on the printing, finishing, and shipping/receiving aspects of sales-related graphic materials for internal print production. Duties will include cutting, sorting, packing, labeling, distributing, shipping, and tracking of all print materials.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform the finishing process including cutting, attaching documentation, batch sorting, and packing projects.
• Assist Graphic Designers with printing, finishing, and shipping large coroplast, vinyl, and matte banner projects.
• Proof content for accuracy.
• Prepare and process labels for internal and external shipping.
• Coordinate pick-ups according to the shipping schedule.
• Receive incoming graphic media deliveries.
• Stock media and consumables.
• Provide general maintenance of printshop
• Perform workflow documentation and daily shipment tracking.

Required Education and Experience

• Experience using Macintosh Computers and Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat preferred but not required.
• Experience utilizing ONYX oster Shop and/or FlexSign, preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of large-format printing a plus

• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
