Job summary

Diamond is seeking a Press Feeder to assist the Press Operator in printing high quality store valued/pre-paid card products. You will feed the presses, flip loads, and monitor output quality on a rotating 12 hour shift (5:00am-5:00pm).

Responsibilities include pulling materials, verifying specs with the Lead Operator, loading stock, monitoring ink and fountain solution, and supporting setup and maintenance. Emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; printing or mechanical tech training preferred.
• 1–3 years in printing or production/manufacturing.
• Strong math skills; follow precise procedures and specs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of quality control practices and inspection.
• Sound judgment and production decision making.
• Clear, respectful communication across teams.
• Collaborative, team-oriented, supportive coworker mindset.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Pull correct material from inventory or work area.
• Verify gauge, sheet size, and quantity with Lead Operator.
• Prepare the press feeder and load stock into the press.
• Monitor ink fountains and replenish ink with correct colors.
• Monitor fountain solution and related fluids.
• Assist with press setup, routine maintenance, and daily operation.
• Support troubleshooting and corrective actions for printing issues.
• Increase production efficiency via continuous improvement.
• Reduce production waste through process improvements.
• Utilize press process control features and technologies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Adhere to press safety procedures and company guidelines.
