Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle general typesetting and page layout for customer projects, from business cards to banners.
• Prepare and print digital files, including checking fonts, links, and colors.
• Create bleeds and crops, impose art, and export files as PDF.
• Communicate courteously with clients to help them create and develop their jobs.
• Review job specs from work orders and ensure client files are accurate.
• Confirm the finished job meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Support all digital print, finishing, and bindery tasks, including cutting, folding, stapling, padding, and related duties.
• Maintain equipment and manage inventory.
• Keep an organized digital file system and follow the franchise process.
• Complete general shop cleaning and organization duties.
