Standard Beverage Corporation is seeking a Print Production Associate to join our Graphics Department in Lenexa, KS. This on-site role focuses on small-format print production and supporting large-format jobs with finishing tasks to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

You will work with the Print Production Lead and Designers to move projects from concept to finished product, requiring attention to detail, adaptability, and collaboration to meet deadlines while upholding quality standards.

Our Graphics Department is growing and we're looking for a Print Production Associate to join our team!

We play a key role in supporting our statewide sales team by producing a wide variety of high-quality marketing materials. From large-format signage to printed collateral, we take pride in delivering accurate, timely, and impactful products.

This position will take ownership of our small-format print production while assisting with finishing duties for both small and large format projects. Working alongside our Print Production Lead and Graphic Designers, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to finished product. Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to meeting production deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.

This is an on-site role, based out of our Lenexa office.

• Manage day-to-day small-format print production.
• Assist with finishing large and small format print projects, including laminating, trimming, grommeting, folding, scoring, collating, and preparing completed jobs for shipment.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Cross-train on Large-format RIP software to provide support for the Print Production Lead.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities of project workloads.
• Keep work area neat and organized.
• Team player and willingness to assist where needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Sharp eye to detail and quality.
• Possess a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. with assistance on an occasional basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with large format and digital printing.
• Pre-press software experience, including Onyx Thrive, Fiery, or similar.
• Some college coursework or experience in graphic design, print production, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a print shop, sign shop, or digital print production environment is preferred but not required.
