Standard Beverage is seeking a Print Production Associate for our Lenexa, KS facility. This on-site role focuses on managing small-format print production and assisting with finishing for a range of projects.

You will work alongside the Print Production Lead and Graphic Designers to ensure timely, high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate shows attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Sharp eye to detail and quality.
• Possess a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. with assistance on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day small-format print production.
• Assist with finishing large and small format print projects, including laminating, trimming, grommeting, folding, scoring, collating, and preparing completed jobs for shipment.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Cross-train on Large-format RIP software to provide support for the Print Production Lead.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities of project workloads.
• Keep work area neat and organized.
• Team player and willingness to assist where needed.
