You will help ensure assets move efficiently through production pipelines and are delivered on time across formats, including transit, outdoor, and large-scale print ads. You will act as a liaison between internal teams, agencies, and printers, monitor timelines, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain thorough tracking using Excel and internal systems.

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders by phone and email, providing clear updates and gathering necessary information
• Maintain detailed tracking and documentation using Excel and internal systems
• Ensure all specifications and requirements for print production are followed accurately
• Learn and adhere to established internal procedures and workflows (training provided)
