• Fold, bag, count, label and stage orders for pickup and shipping.

No print experience needed and none expected. You will learn the whole shop from the ground up: DTF, heat press, screen printing, embroidery and engraving. We teach on real jobs, we pay you while you learn, and there is a written raise at 90 days.

Where you work: On-site at our Dallas, TX location. This role is not remote.

Pay: $16 - $19 / hour to start, rising to $20 - $21 after training sign-off

No experience needed, and we do not pay an experience penalty for that. New assistants with no print experience start at $16 to $17; some hands‑on experience starts higher, up to $19. At 90 days, once you can run DTF and the heat press unsupervised and have been signed off on one more machine, you move to $20 to $21. That step is written into the job, not promised verbally.

What you will do

• Press and finish DTF transfers onto garments, and learn the film and cure side as you go
• Help set up and tear down screen printing jobs: screens, ink, reclaim, clean-up
• Hoop garments and tend embroidery machines once trained
• Weed vinyl, trim transfers, and prep blanks so a job is ready to run
• Check every finished piece against the proof and pull anything that is off
• Fold, bag, count, label and stage orders for pickup and shipping
• Keep the floor, the presses and the supply shelves clean and stocked

What we are looking for

• No print shop experience required. If you have some, great, say so
• Reliable and on time. On a production floor that matters more than anything on a resume
• Careful with detail. You can spot a crooked print or a colour that is off
• Able to stand and move around the floor for a full shift, and to lift and move boxes and rolls of material, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willing to learn several machines rather than just one
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, not a requirement
