Job summary

DRTY is seeking a dependable Print & Press Technician to manage garment printing and pressing operations.

This hands-on role requires a Monday–Friday, 40-hour work week on site. Relevant garment-printing or production experience is preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate who brings a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily print and press workflow to support efficient production.
  • Set up and operate garment-printing, sublimation, RIP software, and heat-press equipment.
  • Produce orders accurately while meeting established production deadlines.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to verify print quality, placement, color accuracy, and consistency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot printing, pressing, equipment, and production issues.
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
  • Maintain organization of garments, supplies, production materials, work-in-progress, and completed orders.
  • Use production software and technology to manage jobs, track progress, and follow order specifications.
  • Communicate with the Production Manager about priorities, problems, and order status.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
  • Support improvements to production systems, workflows, and processes as the company grows.
  • Assist with additional production tasks as needed.

About the Position

DRTY is a outdoor lifestyle company looking for a dependable, motivated Print & Press Technician to take ownership of our printing and pressing operations.


This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys working with technology, operating machines, solving problems, and producing high‑quality work. We need a self‑starter who is excited to learn, grow with the company, and help us build efficient and reliable production processes.


Relevant garment‑printing, heat‑press, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are happy to train the right person who has a great attitude, learns quickly, and wants to build a future with a growing company.
