Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino seeks an Office Administrator & Layout Coordinator who will manage the workflow for newspaper production and oversee administrative tasks. Candidates should have a strong background in graphic design and print production, with skills in Adobe InDesign and project management.

The position requires a high school diploma, proficiency in relevant software, and ideally 2–4 years of related experience. A bilingual skill in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in print production, graphic design, or mail operations.
• Knowledge of USPS Marketing Mail flats preparation and DSCF entry is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and monitors the workflow through the newspaper’s production process.
• Produces page layouts and manages administrative duties.
• Traffic ads and verify specifications for publication.
