Job summary

Innofthemountaingods in New Mexico is seeking an Office Administrator & Layout Coordinator to oversee the newspaper’s production workflow. You'll work under the Casino Advertising Marketing Manager, handling ad trafficking, purchase orders, and ensuring deadline compliance. Strong experience with Adobe InDesign and communication skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma and 2–4 years in print production or graphic design. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in print production/graphic design/mail operations or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of USPS Marketing Mail flats preparation.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organizes workflow through the newspaper’s production process.
• Produces page layouts and manages all administrative duties.
• Coordinates file delivery to the printer and maintains organized records.
