Job Responsibilities

• Follow company quality assurance procedures
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
• Manufacture a range of similar commercial products following specific procedures and quality guidelines to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met
• Work with moderate supervision to meet safety, quality & productivity metrics
• Create and maintain production records
• Perform routine testing and/or final product inspection as required
• Communicate any production inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures
• Operate tools in order to aid in the printing process
• Perform routine maintenance of production equipment as per procedures
• Responsible for keeping all equipment, as well as the areas in which they operate clean & up to 5S standards
• Log inventory transactions to maintain accuracy & communicate low stock items to supervision
• Receive and inspect incoming material
• Make recommendations for change and regularly participate in Continuous Improvement Activities

• Associates degree preferred
• Ability to understand the operation of specified test equipment
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional ability to multitask
• Exceptional interpersonal, written & oral communication skills
• Strong math, mechanical & problem-solving aptitude
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Salary will be determined by a number of variables including but not limited to education, experience, and skill set.
