4over is seeking a Packer to prepare finished printed materials for shipment, ensuring quality standards and accurate documentation. You will support the cutting department and ensure safe handling of materials throughout the packing process.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and reliability. Schedule is 2nd shift, typically 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with compensation ranging from $16 to $19 per hour and benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Problem-solving and adaptability in a manufacturing setting.
• Efficient time management to meet deadlines and balance multiple packs.
• Accuracy in quality checks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Cutter Operator to follow packing specifications.
• Determine stock and form quantities to select proper boxes.
• Unload product from cutter tables and ensure visibility of order stickers.
