Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Hutchins, Texas is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will handle hands-on tasks such as labeling, packaging, and moving printed materials, and operate equipment safely on the line.

This full-time role offers a 7:00am–3:00pm schedule, benefits from day one, and a DailyPay option so you can get paid on your first day. You’ll read orders, follow instructions, and collaborate with coworkers to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written work orders and safety documents.
• Effective communication with fellow employees.
• Basic math and measurement in all units.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Apply labels, cut and wrap products, and operate foot controls as needed.
• Pack products, seal boxes, and inspect for quality defects.
• Stack, move and transport printed materials on pallets.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions to produce orders.
• Maintain attendance and work constructively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Float across departments and assist where needed.
• Follow safety rules, procedures and standards.
