Job summary

Xerox is seeking a detail-oriented professional to process engineering drawing requests for airplane parts validation for a major aerospace client. You will ensure SLA targets are met, maintain strong customer communications, and collaborate with the delivery team to support service improvements.

Role involves handling drawing access permissions, resolving image issues via the helpdesk, and timely distribution of drawings to end users.

Overview:

• Responsible for processing engineering drawing requests for Airplane Parts Validation support for end-user customers for a large aerospace company.
• Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, and contract commitments delivered within cost targets
• Works as part of the service delivery team (Delivery Operations) that is dedicated to supporting our customer, the Boeing Company

The candidate will focus on the following:

• Delivering service that meets SLA and delights the customer (KPI: SLA achieved & high customer satisfaction)
• Supporting the achievement of productivity improvements (KPI: Value for customer & enhanced margin)
• Contributing to service transformation and business growth (KPI: Further profitable service revenue)

General:

• Acquires skills to build knowledge from foundational to complex
• Work builds from routine to complex which may require problem-solving skills
• Direct interface to local customer contact

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing drawing requests for end users
• Responsible for validating requestor permissions for drawing access
• Responsible for coordinating the resolution of image issues submitted through helpdesk system
• Responsible for locating requested drawings and the associated distribution of those drawings to the requestor.

• Experience in customer-facing role
• Strong computer skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
