Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our print and mail production team onsite in Plano, TX. The role focuses on quality inspections, data entry, and production support to meet accuracy, quality, and productivity targets.

The ideal candidate will perform sampling and inspections, enter data into internal databases, and collaborate with the QC team to track metrics and defects; overtime and federal holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills for quality checks and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and quality inspections on print and mail output for all clients.
• Enter data from prepared materials into internal databases with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the QC team to achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
• Track, document, and report key quality metrics and defects.
