We will train you on pad printing, DTS printing, laser engraving, and heat decal processes to decorate our sporting goods with logos and artwork. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail; quality matters here.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to solid attendance.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Team player who communicates well.
• Printing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing and engraving equipment (Pad Printer, DTS, Laser Engraver, Heat Decal) to decorate products per customer specifications — full training provided.
• Inspect finished product for quality; identify and communicate any issues to your supervisor.
• Prepare products for printing and shipping, including packaging, labeling, and palletizing.
• Inflate balls using inflation equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow good housekeeping practices.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Support other warehouse areas as needed.
