Job summary

Lakeshirts is seeking dependable, hardworking team members to join the production team in Longmont, Colorado. Openings across screenprint and embroidery departments, including machine operation, quality control, production support, and finishing roles.

Training provided for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. You will operate equipment, inspect apparel, load/unload garments, and help move orders through production to deliver high-quality decorated apparel for

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is essential for quality control.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• Strong teamwork and communication are important.
• Basic problem-solving abilities help in daily production.
• Experience in manufacturing, screenprint, embroidery, warehouse or production is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate screenprint, embroidery, or heat press equipment.
• Load and unload garments during production.
• Inspect apparel for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Monitor production runs and identify issues.
• Sort, fold, count, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain production standards and efficiency goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production schedules.
