Job summary

FedEx Office in the Kansas area is seeking a Store Consultant who delivers a positive customer experience by understanding customer needs, recommending FedEx Office products, and handling orders for print, signs, graphics, and shipping.

You will operate a variety of printing and shipping equipment, manage the production queue, assist with pricing, and ensure a safe, clean store environment while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store functions.
• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand each customer's needs and provide solutions.
• Provides expertise in printing, signs, graphics, and shipping product lines and products.
• Processes financial transactions using POS, including handling cash and making change.
• Sets up and operates printing, binding, and related equipment.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
• Assists in training store team members and supports management in reducing costs and waste.
