Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery. No bindery experience is required; we will train you. Daytime shift 7a–7p, full-time, with overtime opportunities on a busy production floor.

You will operate high-speed bindery equipment, feed/pack books, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Join a team-focused environment with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades) is a plus.
• High school Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, work orders, and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Move materials to and from workstation safely.
• Perform hand operations as needed.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality and safety.
