RRD in the United States is hiring an operator to set up and run collating and labeling machines, producing value-added enhancements for in-process work. You will review specifications, adjust equipment, and ensure accuracy across paper stocks and finishes.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications for collating.
• Knowledge of paper stock quality and finishing requirements.
• Skilled in setting up and adjusting machines for weight, color, and accuracy.
• Capable of calculating distances and fits in machine setups.

Responsibilities

• Set up collating and labeling machines per specs.
• Review and apply forms from web rolls to substrates.
• Perform safety inspections and document issues.
• Monitor production and maintain quality and accuracy.
