Körber Pharma is seeking an Estimator for our Camden, NJ manufacturing plant. You will determine production requirements from sales or client specifications and prepare competitive quotes, drawing on a strong understanding of printing, packaging materials, finishing processes, and timelines.

This role requires 5+ years of estimating experience in printing/packaging, plus the ability to work under tight deadlines, interact with sales and vendors, and identify cost-saving opportunities through

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years estimating experience in the printing and packaging industries.
• Pharmaceutical secondary packaging experience preferred (Cartons, Leaflets, Labels).
• Knowledge of production methods and printing equipment, including speeds, to quote cost-efficiently.
• PACE experience or EFI MIS brands a plus.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines for projects of various sizes.
• Strong communication with managers and supervisors; detail-oriented and organized.

This role is in-person at our manufacturing plant in Camden, NJ. The Estimator is responsible for accurate estimates by determining the most economical method of manufacturing while adhering to client specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of printing processes, materials, finishing processes, and timelines to provide competitive and profitable quotes to our customers.

Your role in our team

• You will review, analyze, and interpret job specifications provided by sales or clients to determine production requirements
• You will prepare detailed quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
• You revise estimates as needed due to specification changes
• You will interact with sales, vendors, and department managers to discuss and formulate estimates and provide solutions to our customers
• You will develop knowledge of materials and finishing operations available to recommend cost‑saving opportunities

Your profile

• You have a minimum 5 yrs estimating experience in the printing and packaging industries
• Your Pharmaceutical secondary packaging experience is preferred (Cartons, Leaflets, Labels)
• You have a working knowledge of all production methods and printing equipment, including their running speeds, and can provide quotes based on the most economical and efficient approach for any job
• Your PACE experience, or other EFI MIS brands, is a plus
• You can work well under tight deadlines for projects of various sizes and scopes
• You are a team player with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with department managers and supervisors
