Job summary

Körber Pharma is seeking an Estimator for our Camden, NJ manufacturing plant. You will determine production requirements from sales or client specifications and prepare competitive quotes, drawing on a strong understanding of printing, packaging materials, finishing processes, and timelines.

This role requires 5+ years of estimating experience in printing/packaging, plus the ability to work under tight deadlines, interact with sales and vendors, and identify cost-saving opportunities through

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years estimating experience in the printing and packaging industries.
• Pharmaceutical secondary packaging experience preferred (Cartons, Leaflets, Labels).
• Knowledge of production methods and printing equipment, including speeds, to quote cost-efficiently.
• PACE experience or EFI MIS brands a plus.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines for projects of various sizes.
• Strong communication with managers and supervisors; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret job specifications to determine production requirements.
• Prepare detailed quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Revise estimates as needed due to specification changes.
• Interact with sales, vendors, and department managers to discuss estimates and provide solutions.
• Develop knowledge of materials and finishing operations to recommend cost-saving opportunities.
