500° in Columbus, OH is seeking a talented Digital Retoucher to join our Image Lab. You will retouch and color-correct assets for print and digital projects, maintaining color accuracy and consistency across clients.

The role requires a strong print/prepress background, expert Photoshop skills, and experience with RGB/CMYK workflows. This onsite position includes a relocation bonus and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of commercial retouching with Photoshop.
• Print production or prepress background.
• Strong color correction and workflows.
• CMYK and RGB knowledge.
• Color conversion and profile management.
• Experience retouching food/household products.
• Advanced Smart Objects and non-destructive editing.
• Knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance images for print and digital use.
• Create/edit files for RGB and CMYK workflows.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables and file organization.
• Execute advanced retouching with strong art/color sense.
• Follow file structures and department standards.
• Prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with PM to keep projects on schedule.
• Process and bulk-convert using actions/droplets.
• Help improve workflows and best practices.
• Ensure proper naming and asset organization.
