Position Overview

• The Print Designer should have relevant experience, with artwork focus and the ability to paint in mixed media across various styles aligned with Ralph Lauren’s aesthetic. A strong understanding of print development, techniques, and collaboration with mills is essential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and manage Polo Women's Prints each season in collaboration with the Design Head of Prints and Polo design teams, including Polo Sport brands.
• Collaborate daily, sharing inspiration, photos, fabric research, and creative direction with team members and cross-functional partners such as Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development.
• Lead research and conceptualization of new prints, create patterns and repeats, and prepare art packs for mills based on deadlines.
• Build and update design presentation boards and prepare materials for meetings.
