Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $62500 - $146000 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview:

The Print Designer will be a person with related experience. The job is artwork focused, and the designer should be able to paint in mixed media in a variety of styles that are in Ralph Lauren aesthetic. Must have a very good understanding of print development, print techniques, and working with mills.

1. Work with the Design Head of Prints and Polo design to design and manage the Polo Women’s Prints each season including Polo Sport brands.
2. Collaborate daily and help to bridge information and creative direction with tear sheets, inspirations, photos and printed fabric research to share with Design heads with Head of Prints to Polo Prints.
3. Collaborate with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development. Participate in meetings with cross-functional category partners.
4. Lead the research for ideas on new prints and work with the Concept Team before concept presentations.
5. Create prints after discussing with all of the team. Designer will be in charge of creating new patterns and repeats.
6. Designer is responsible for art packs being put together and sent to the mills based on deadlines discussed.
7. Build and update design presentation boards and lead the preparation for meetings.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Highly detail oriented, thorough, accurate and dedicated to seeing a project through on time.
• Great work ethic and ability to prioritize projects and manage deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
• Must have an eye for detail and be able to clean and refine artwork while keeping the pattern integrity.
• Strong communication skills.
