Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in New York City is seeking a Print Design operations assistant to support all prints for the Women’s collection. You will partner with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Raw Materials, ensuring print integrity across development and production.

Responsibilities include coordinating strike-offs, tracking progress, managing digitals in Airtable, and assisting with design meetings while maintaining organized print archives and ensuring accurate color standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant design exposure.
• Experience in print design or product development is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Raw Materials to ensure print integrity.
• Manage and track strike-offs from mills.
• Send comments to mills and document in Airtable.
• Track WIP progress and report weekly.
• Ship color standards and artwork to print mills.
• Receive strike-offs and prep meeting agendas.
• Maintain print archives and organize print area.
• Organize and maintain XD/Airtable bases for Collection Prints.
• Prepare for design meetings and assist with presentations.
• Code and approve invoices in Ariba.
• Assist with other department tasks as needed.
