You will communicate artwork to mills and track strike-offs, keeping archives organized and aligned with seasonal goals.

The role requires experience with Flex PLM, Airtable, strong communication, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred; you’ll assist with meeting materials and Ariba invoicing as part of daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in product development and garment manufacturing/sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and print design workflows.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Design to convey artwork design and colors to mills.
• Manage and track strike-offs from mills and document feedback.
• Ship color standards and artwork to print mills and organize samples.
• Maintain print archives and organize the print area.
• Prepare for design meetings and assist with presentations.
• Code and approve invoices in Ariba and support other departments.
