Schreur Printing & Mailing is seeking a Print Bindery/Finisher to transform printed materials into polished, professional products. You will operate bindery and finishing equipment, perform quality checks, and set up machinery for varying job specifications.

The role emphasizes precision, speed, and craftsmanship in a fast-paced printing environment. You will apply finishing techniques such as folding, binding, laminating, and die-cutting to deliver durable finished products that meet client

Competenze

• Experience operating bindery and finishing equipment and understanding finishing processes.
• Ability to maintain color accuracy and proper alignment through QC checks.
• Comfort with lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Mansioni

• Operate bindery and finishing equipment (cutters, folders, saddle stitchers, coil binders).

Duties

• Operate bindery and finishing equipment such as cutters, folders, saddle stitchers, and coil binders to complete print jobs efficiently
• Perform quality control checks throughout the finishing process to ensure color accuracy, proper alignment, and overall product integrity
• Set up and adjust machinery for different job specifications
• Apply finishing techniques including folding, binding, laminating, die-cutting, and mounting to achieve desired product finishes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols in manufacturing environments
• Driving on occasion.
