Additional Information

• Location: Hybrid; multiple sites including Embarcadero, Parnassus, Mission Bay, Laurel Heights, Oakland/Emeryville, Mt. Zion, Stanyan, Hyde, and community partner locations
• Schedule: Monday-Friday; some evenings and weekends may be required
• Onsite requirement: Variable
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience/training
• Required certification: Epic Cupid certification
• Medical requirement: Full medical examination required for all candidates, including onsite, hybrid, and remote workers
