Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for SCS TEMEG to shape the strategy and lead customers and cross-functional teams on high-impact, high-ambiguity programs.

You will own the strategic roadmap for secure connections services, collaborate with product, engineering, and security groups, and drive delivery from concept through customer adoption for government and commercial customers at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive interface with customers, translating mission-critical requirements into product roadmap priorities for engineering teams.
• Drive cross-organizational alignment across product, engineering, sales, and partner teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Work across the product, program, engineering, hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to manage requirements, scope, and delivery of worldwide AWS security features and services.
• Assess risks, anticipate issues, overcome technical obstacles, and make difficult trade-off decisions while managing cost and schedule to drive adoption goals and meet our customer commitments.
