Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for advertiser-facing forecasting and guidance experiences, coordinating across multiple teams and leaders.
• Drive technical strategy and roadmap alignment across engineering, applied science, product, and business teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges in demand forecasting, recommendation systems, campaign management, and measurement.
• Establish program governance, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks across large-scale distributed systems.
• Collaborate with leaders to influence architecture decisions and plan launches of model improvements.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Amazon Ads and partner organizations.
