Amazon is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the technical strategy and execution for next-generation Speed customer experiences. You will partner with engineering, science, product, and operations leaders to build scalable platforms powering low-latency, AI-enabled experiences across Amazon''s Speed ecosystem.

This role requires deep technical depth and the ability to influence across organizations.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
5+ years of software development experience.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-organizational technical programs spanning engineering, product, science, and business teams to deliver differentiated Speed experiences.
Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to align roadmaps and drive technical decisions across organizations.
Define scalable operating mechanisms for planning, execution, risk management and accountability across cross-functional teams.
Influence architecture and long-term technical strategy by aligning platform investments and engineering best practices.
Provide clear program visibility to senior leadership with data-driven recommendations and risk mitigation.
