Amcor is seeking a Principal Engineer – Thermoforming to drive high-impact thermoforming projects across domestic locations. You will lead project teams, develop comprehensive designs and documentation, and collaborate with customers and suppliers to meet timelines and specifications.

The role requires deep technical expertise, a track record of leading improvements, and the ability to travel up to 50% to domestic plants while ensuring safety and quality standards across the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of Thermoforming and Materials engineering.
• Ability to travel 50% to domestic plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex thermoforming projects across multiple locations.
• Develop designs, calculations, layouts, and documentation for projects.
• Run project meetings, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to source materials and manage timelines.
• Provide strong safety leadership and drive continuous improvement.
