Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer for the onsite team in Tewksbury/Andover, MA. You will design, integrate, and test Raytheon equipment, working hands‑on with instrumentation and automation in mission‑critical projects.

A DoD Secret clearance is required, and a strong background in electrical design and analysis is essential. You’ll participate in all development stages, ensure technical and schedule performance, and mentor junior staff while contributing to a safer, more secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Advanced degree with relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience in electrical engineering, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test equipment within multidisciplinary teams.
• Design production test stations, ITAs, and harnesses; create technical drawings and schematics.
• Work on all stages of product development, manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
