Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Test Conductor for hardware/software integration and lab operations in Roy, UT. You will support Lab Operations and the Highly Immersive Virtual Environment (HIVE), contributing to test planning, readiness reviews and data evaluations.

The role requires a Secret clearance, strong communication, and ability to work in fast-paced teams across diverse assignments. Schedule is 9/80 with robust benefits and salary bands.

Qualifications

• Must have graduate degree or equivalent with related field experience.
• Experience in system/test environments and aircraft test operation.
• Active US Government Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed plans and schedules for integration checkout procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering for test development and reviews.
• Coordinate test equipment and personnel for safe test execution.
• Provide real-time test safety and efficiency decisions.
• Participate in post-test data evaluation and discrepancy resolution.
• Serve as focal point between internal and external organizations for data needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication; work in team and independently.
