Northrop Grumman, Propulsion Systems, is seeking Principal Technical Services Project Managers to lead operations programs at Promontory, Utah. The role covers product family ownership, planning, manufacturing, testing and delivery for cost and schedule.

Level 3 or Level 4 requires an engineering degree with several years of experience; on-site work at Promontory with potential DoD clearance; competitive salary and benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5 years of experience (Level 3) or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Strong written and oral communications; ability to work with all levels in the organization.
• Proficient MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

Mansioni

• Lead all activities for a product family within the value stream.
• Staff the team across design, S&M A, process engineering, supply chain and operations.
• Manage resources in a matrix organization and monitor cost and schedule.
• Identify milestones, risks, and develop contingency plans.
