Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to own mission-critical GPU infrastructure programs. The role demands deep technical fluency, leadership, and the ability to align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and ops.

You will drive strategic roadmaps for power management, infrastructure services, fleet operations, and platform architecture, mentor other TPMs, and translate complex challenges into executable programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous, high-stakes programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical and organizational direction.

About The Role (Job Purpose)

The Principal TPM operates at the highest level of scope and ambiguity, owning mission-critical programs that define the future of GPU infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across the organization.

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.

Salary Range: $250,000 USD - $320,000 USD
