Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Principal, Technical Program Manager to drive complex, multi-workstream initiatives in Bellevue, WA. You will coordinate reviews, roadmaps and schedules across engineering, product, and data platforms, ensuring alignment with architecture and data models.

You will lead cross-functional teams to improve performance, reliability, and delivery efficiency, while mitigating risks and reporting status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3–6 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in engineering/program management.
Proven experience coordinating large-scale enterprise software programs across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate program reviews focused on feature delivery and system performance.
Develop and execute program roadmaps and schedules across multiple workstreams.
Track progress and report status to teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate with engineering and product management for architecture alignment.
Support implementation to improve platform performance and delivery efficiency.
Define program processes, workflows, and status reporting.
