Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience in Configuration Management (eBOM, MBOM) and Supply Chain Planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Configuration (eBOM, MBOM) and Product Information Management (PIM).
• Build and own the system and data architecture for Capacity and Readiness across current and desired state, and connect priorities to operational needs and investment decisions.
• Set technical standards for the products, including versioning, integration technologies, deployment platforms, and data storage.
• Collaborate with business partners to define strategy, align investment, and agree features and release timing.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery across the domain with engineering and other teams, balancing new features against defects and technical debt.
• Interpret business challenges, stay abreast of industry trends, and provide clear recommendations.
• Influence enterprise strategy and build support for ideas with executive leadership.
• Create a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation.
