Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end product vision for Configuration (eBOM, MBOM) and PIM, including the architectural leadership across upstream and downstream integrations.

You will drive strategy with business partners, manage the DevOps support team, and shape the capacity and readiness roadmap with a strong focus on data and system architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of professional experience in product management or related field.
• Associates degree with minimum 13 years of professional experience.
• High School Diploma with minimum 15 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Configuration (eBOM, MBOM) and PIM, owning strategy and outcomes.
• Build and own system and data architecture for Capacity and Readiness across current and desired state; establish transition roadmap.
• Set technical standards for products including versioning, integration technologies, deployment platforms, and data storage; apply deep tech and domain expertise to product design.
• Work with business partners to define strategy, align investment, and agree features and release timing.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery, partnering with engineering leaders; provide well-defined requirements and balance new features with defects and technical debt.
• Interpret business challenges, stay current with industry trends, and provide clear recommendations.
• Influence enterprise strategy, collaborate with product management community, and gain executive alignment for ideas.
• Create a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation.
