ABOUT THE ROLE

You will lead a team of Product specialists in a variety of disciplines, including billing and financial systems, rate plans, promotions, offers, and taxation. Leveraging your subject matter expertise, you will provide direction and mentoring, helping to both mature our processes and grow our internal knowledge base.

In partnership with Engineering, Tech Ops, Revenue Assurance, and other internal teams, you’ll proactively monitor, analyze, and report on platform performance, troubleshoot and drive the resolution of issues, and drive reliability and quality improvements.

As a new member of the team, you’ll be joining an established group of Product experts who are champions for each of our brands and always lead with action bias, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Partners with operational teams, Revenue Assurance, Engineering, Biz and Technical Operations, to ensure their requirements are captured and incorporated into broader program requirements and design.
  • Manages a team of Product Managers / Product Owners, providing mentorship and setting both a vision and strategy for product roadmap execution.
  • As a strategic partner to the Retention Marketing team, helps define and manage technical, platform-level roadmaps for promo and offer fulfillment systems.
  • Crafts a strategic story out of the numbers. Presents complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Support executive strategy presentations.
  • Builds consensus across the organization. Works cooperatively with cross-functional teams to achieve buy-in.
  • Coordinates with solutions architects and developers to make sure product requirements accurately account for our system architecture and limitations.
  • Works side-by-side with product owners, scrum masters, and release train engineers to ensure optimized output and sequencing of platform-level deliverables that are required for company-wide programs.

  • Produces flow diagrams for the customer journey and underlying system processes.
  • Has deep knowledge around the underlying technologies involved in current and future designs, along with ability to read, interpret and communicate details of API specs, sequence diagrams, and database schema/designs.
  • Meets with 3rd-party service providers to identify partnership opportunities and implement cross-platform integrations.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
