Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Principal, Technical Marketing Engineer for Networking. This hybrid role based in Roseville, CA or San Jose, CA leads the TME team to translate complex networking tech into compelling customer value and GTM programs.

You will partner with product, engineering and sales to shape roadmaps, craft messaging, demos and enablement content, and measure impact with data-driven metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of deep solution-oriented technical experience in R&D, PLM or TME organizations (preferred).
• Demonstrated success designing and implementing large-scale enterprise networks (MDF/IDF, wireless, data center, SASE).
• Able to translate complex architectures into value-based narratives for engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and technical leadership: Architect and execute global technical marketing strategies for self-driving networks, accelerating product adoption and scaling growth through GTM initiatives.
• High-Impact Technical Storytelling: Synthesize complex concepts into messaging, demos, and enablement content for executives, partners and customers.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Establish and analyze metrics to iterate on marketing tactics and quantify business impact.
• Product & Roadmap Influence: Partner with product management to align roadmaps with market shifts and customer requirements.
