AT&T in Plano is seeking a Senior Tech Product Manager to set the technical product vision and translate customer needs into clear roadmaps. You will partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and stakeholders to deliver software outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years of product management, strong technical fluency, and experience leading cross-functional initiatives. You will own a product domain, define epics and acceptance criteria, and guide agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering software products (platforms, APIs, or complex internal systems preferred).
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with Engineers/Architects on trade-offs.
• Proven ability to own a product domain and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution with minimal oversight.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or product lines.
• Experience writing high-quality epics/features/user stories and defining measurable outcomes (KPIs/OKRs).

Responsibilities

• Own a prioritized product domain, aligning strategy and execution across Product, Architecture, Engineering, and business partners.
• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics informed by customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Build and maintain a clear roadmap; continuously prioritize based on impact, effort, risk, and dependencies.
• Lead end-to-end delivery by managing backlogs, trade-offs, timelines, and cross-team dependencies.
• Translate needs into crisp requirements (epics/features/user stories) with acceptance criteria that enable efficient delivery.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to refine solutions, reduce ambiguity, and improve product quality and usability.
• Operate effectively in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews), ensuring teams are set up for execution.
• Monitor performance post-release, gather feedback, and iterate to improve outcomes and customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven ability to own a product domain and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution with minimal oversight
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or product lines
• Expertise writing high-quality epics/features/user stories and defining measurable outcomes (KPIs/OKRs)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and aligning competing priorities
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management in a fast-paced environment
• MS/MA in Computer Science (or similar) preferred; relevant certifications a plus/required in some areas
