Job summary
Amazon is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of AI/ML product solutions powering Prime Video's digital supply chain. Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority.
- Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for cross-functional AI/ML initiatives for the digital supply chain.
- Collaborate with engineering and applied/data science teams to translate business problems into model requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product goals.
- Work closely with science, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and experiments.
- Own the full product lifecycle: from data acquisition, development, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
