You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and device teams to design scalable solutions, manage complex lifecycles, and translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and release schedules.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large advertising programs with cross-functional teams.
• Drive technical strategy balancing business priorities with feasibility and risk mitigation.
• Manage lifecycle from design to measurement, breaking complex challenges into actionable projects.
• Collect requirements, write specifications, and coordinate scoping, scheduling, and deployment.
• Build cross-functional alliances to align roadmaps and secure resources.
• Communicate status, risks, and strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Own projects end-to-end with de-risking and bets to deliver high-impact ad experiences.
