As a Principal Tech Program Manager on our team, you'll lead the technical planning, coordination, and architecture of multiple programs that span our advertising businesses. You'll manage the complete lifecycle—from design and implementation to documentation and measurement—of software initiatives delivering high-impact solutions. Your days involve working alongside Program Managers, Product Managers, and engineering teams to navigate complex, highly-technical projects with significant visibility across Amazon. You'll collaborate with partners across the organization, from our advertising core stack to device teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment on strategy and timelines.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
